1. Not Financial Advice

Battalion is a software automation tool. Nothing on this platform or communicated through this service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution. All trading decisions are made by automated software acting on your behalf using your own Kalshi account and your own funds. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether this service is appropriate for your situation.

2. Risk of Loss

Trading binary prediction markets carries a high degree of risk. Specific risks include but are not limited to:

• Complete loss of funds in your Kalshi account
• Software bugs, API outages, or connectivity failures causing missed trades or erroneous orders
• Market conditions that render the strategy unprofitable
• Kalshi platform changes that affect bot operation
• Signal errors or incorrect predictions

3. No Guarantee of Performance

We make no representation or warranty, express or implied, that the Battalion trading system will be profitable. Any historical win rates, P&L figures, or performance data shown on this platform are for informational purposes only and are not a guarantee of future performance. Results will vary based on market conditions, timing, account size, and other factors beyond our control.

4. Your Responsibility

By using Battalion, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all trades executed in your Kalshi account
• You have read and agree to Kalshi's own Terms of Service
• You are of legal age and legally permitted to participate in prediction markets in your jurisdiction
• You will not hold Battalion, its operators, or affiliates liable for any trading losses
• You understand that enabling the bot authorizes it to place orders using your API credentials

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Battalion and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to discontinue use and disable the bot.

6. No Custody of Funds

Battalion never holds, controls, or has custody of your funds. All funds remain in your Kalshi account at all times. We only use your API credentials to place orders on your behalf. You may revoke access at any time by removing your API keys from our platform or revoking them in your Kalshi account settings.

7. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The bot may experience downtime, connectivity issues, or bugs. We are not responsible for missed trades or losses resulting from service unavailability.

8. Subscription & Refunds

Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months or for trading losses incurred while using the service. The 14-day free trial is provided as-is with no guarantee of results.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, to the extent permitted by law.
